You can claim warranty for your product in multiple ways:


 

DOA

An XTouch Product is considered Dead on Arrival (DOA) if it is inoperable upon first use out of the box, i.e. hardware failure or preventing basic operation.


DOA must be claimed within 7 days of purchase.


Full box replacements will be given for DOA approved cases. This may take 7 to 10 working days.

Warranty

XTouch provides 1 year limited warranty for all XTouch products from the day of activation of the unit.


XTouch warranty service provides unit replacement, part replacement or software updates depending on the type of defect.


For warranty service, you may have to furnish the proof of purchase. Please note that the contents of storage media are deleted and reformatted.


The warranty will not apply for units that are physically damaged, tampered units, liquid damage and units found with third party software/hardware.

Sales Support Enquiry

Please fill the details of the defective unit in the service form and send it to the below mail id. Also attach the proof of purchase (Customer invoice). We will arrange collection and delivery. Turn Around time is 10 - 15 working days.
